Partner's pension
If you have a co-habiting partner they may be able to get a pension. You can nominate a partner if:
- you and your partner have been living together as husband and wife or as civil partners for at
least 2 years; and
- You and your partner are free to marry each other or enter into a civil partnership but have chosen not to.
If you are married or in a civil partnership you don't need to make a nomination because on your death your spouse or civil partner will be automatically entitled to a pension from WYPF.
If you haven't yet made a nomination but think that this situation applies to you we can send you a nomination form. The Contact Centre page tells you the ways which you can contact us to request a form.
