West Yorkshire Pension Fund is the pension fund for employees of West Yorkshire's five councils (Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale), plus another 181 local-government organisations. We have over 200,000 members.
The Local Government Pension Scheme On 1 April 2008 a new-look LGPS began and in many ways it's better than the old scheme.
