Head of Business Information (BI)
West Yorkshire Pension Fund is seeking a Head of Business Information (BI) to lead the development and delivery of forward-thinking information to our senior leadership team and associated data strategy.
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Group CTO, with responsibility for developing and embedding BI as a strategic asset across the organisation.
The role is a hands-on position with one direct report and is broadly a greenfield site from a strategic perspective. The successful candidate will have already significant experience of BI tooling and practical delivery of comprehensive reporting to an organisations SLT.
This role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring high standards of accessibility, and actionable insight. Experience with operational data is essential, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams.
Salary Band: £56,682 to £60,593
