Our all-new online pension account is now available! It helps you manage your pensions seamlessly and securely. Our old My Pension service will soon be retired, but you can still use it for a few months while we move users over (if you really want to).

For your security, we'll guide you through a quick and simple identity verification check during registration, using some photo ID (like a passport or driving licence) and your device's camera. It's a one-time check to keep your account safe and secure, so please have your photo ID ready before you begin.

have access to your email account and mobile phone (if you have one)

We take data security very seriously. Unfortunately criminals and bad actors try to access online platforms with stolen IDs and personal information. To ensure that it's really you who is registering for your account, we've partnered with a specialist identity provider to secure your account from the very first moment.

What if I don't have any photo ID?

Unfortunately you won't be able to register for an account online. Instead you'll need to call our Contact Centre on 01274 434999. They will be able to verify your identity in a different way, and then send you a special link to complete the registration process.

I don't have a device with a camera, what do I do?

No problem! Simply ask a friend or family member who has a mobile phone or tablet to sit with you while you register. You'll be able to complete your ID verification on their device, and then continue the process on your own computer once you've been verified.

You can also upload copies of documents if you have them, but we don't recommend doing it this way.
